Actually, the US gives billions to countries every year. You can't help the people without first helping them get rid of the bad guys. This was a tragic event, but its one of the facts of war. Mistakes will happen, but you can't make blanket statements like that. It's just ignorant. Can you guess how many times this happened in WWII? The military gives tons of money to Iraq through its use of CERP funds.

What are thet doing there anyway? Leave Iraq and other places alone. And spend the money, what is used for weapons/bombs, on helping people. By giving them food and education or some sh*t like that. A least, that's what I think!
