Accident? I do not think so.
They frequently murder witnesses to their crimes just like their sick Ashkenazi masters. Remember the building of reporters targeted in Bagdad during Shock & awe... and the UN Workers as Israelis attacked Lebanon... Not to mention countless of other reporters in Israel. Precision bombings are NO ACCIDENT.
