I don't buy that "retard" crap. Who gives a down's syndrome person a cellphone? And who would he call? And if he is, then put him on a leash or keep him at home if he's going to kick little kids. If that was my kid he would've got the same thing. If that guy can hit, he can get hit.

with a mental condition this guy should be supervised as to prevent injuries to himself as well as others. Hurting children isn't excusable, but hurting a mentally disabled person isn't either. I would have probably been mad the same as the father, but am willing to believe that if he knew this guy had mental issues he would have pushed him away and yelled more to protect his child of course, but also to keep from hurting that guy as well. If the mental guy was a brother, or a son to anyone of us out there we would feel bad for what he did, but you would want anyone to hurt him because he didn't know better.

Why would it matter if the guy has down syndrom, he still tried to kick a child. A mental handicap doesn't excuse any kind of behaviour in my oppinion. If that were my kid, the guy responsible would be 6-feet down under, regardless of his mental condition.
