You dummy, the only camera moving was the News Camera filming the security cameras video to show you the blue spot moving around... or maybe you're just moving your head while you watch this, you be the judge. lol ;) Enjoy

if u see its a fake. security camera follows it. its impossible. security cameras are steady and stay in 1 place to film areas.
