It seems like the man with the black vest who bumped into the girl with the turquoise hair at the beginning only bumped into her because as he tried to get off the vehicle that the camera is on he lost his balance due to being wasted on only god knows what. You can see the guy in the black vest sitting on the vehicle at the 2:45 mark. The Techno Viking must have asked the man in the black vest to get back on the vehicle as he tried walk away, who knows where he wanted to go, I am sure he was pointing at something, the techno Viking prompted him to stay on the vehicle.
