  Security footage of a guy on a bike getting nailed head on by an oncoming car. In the drivers defense, the guy on the bike came out of nowhere.

I concur with Rander! I'd noticed that it was clear that seconds after impact the traffic signal facing the cyclist's entry into the intersection changes from green to red.

How strange that you would say the bike comes out of nowhere. It happens to be an intersection and the bike looks to have a green light. The car seems to have run the red light.
