He actually fell to the groud unconsiscious and died two day later in hospital. He suffered a cracked skull and a severe concussion early in his career and told by doctors to take a year off to recover, he never listened to the advice. Then before this fight he suffered from repeated blackouts during training and was advised not to fight, again he didn't listen to the advice. If only, if only he did.
